I started making my own Muesli bars a few years ago and never went back to buying them. They are really easy to make and much tastier than most of the commercial products out there which are loaded with awful things like refined sugar, palm oil and ingredients you can’t even pronounce! Like Michael Pollan, the food writer, says: “Don’t eat anything your great grandmother wouldn’t recognize as food.” I personally think this is very wise and I therefore promise you that you will be able to pronounce all the ingredients in these Muesli bars. They are delicious and make a great breakfast-on-the-go or perfect snack for the lunch box.
